I’m a teacher and student of movement and meditation. My style is thoughtful and intentional, weaving asana with elements of dance and a deep connection to the breath. 

I guide others in studios, in schools, and in treatment centers.

Ballet and ashtanga are my first loves, though both look much different now.

I have a background in simple, seasonal cooking and started Pranagourmet, a service providing healthy meals to busy families.

I miss the ocean and the mountains but have found a strange and deep love for my Delta home.
