Teacher Training

Registration is now open for 2019 and the training will be here before you know it! I'm thrilled to be leading another session along with some wonderful guest teachers, too. Here are some things you can expect...

1. Like I said, really great teachers! Our weekends will include a workshop from a fantastic local or not-so-local guest teacher.  We've had sessions that look closely at modifications and assists, restorative yoga, yoga nidra or yoga sleep (yes, please), and so much more. 

2. Rainy days. I'm not joking when I say that it rained every single weekend we met last year. A warm and cozy yoga studio is just the place to be.

3. Our sessions take place at Studio A Yoga in Greenwood. If you haven't taken a class there yet, please come!  There are so many knowledgeable teachers each with their own style.  I'm grateful that  Studio A allows us to rent the studio for these weekends.  It's a warm and inviting space..., especially on those cold, rainy days.
