OVERVIEW

Relax in one of the most beautiful natural settings in Central America. This week-long exploration includes six nights accommodation in peaceful bungalows at The Goddess Garden Eco Resort in Cahuita, Costa Rica.  You’ll enjoy three locally-sourced Ayurvedic meals per day, invigorating morning and gentle evening yoga classes, daily mediation, stunning beaches, lush jungle, and incredible wildlife.

Join me on retreat with the intention of slowing down and connecting with nature and fellow travelers. You’ll unplug, go deeper in your yoga and meditation practice, and take home a sense of wonder and peace. Expect adventure, daily yoga and meditation, discussions on Ayurvedic self-care, and a whole lot of free time to relax and explore...

MEALS

The Goddess Garden serves three vegetarian locally-sourced Ayurvedic meals per day. Gluten-free and vegan options are always available. Chicken and/or fish is available with advanced notice and special dietary needs can be accommodated upon request.

TRAVEL

  • A valid passport is required.

  • Plan to arrive at San Jose International Airport (SJO) before 12pm on Saturday, January 18. We’ll then drive by van to the Goddess Garden Eco Resort in Playa Cahuita. The drive from San Jose to the resort is 4 hours, so please consider that when booking your flights. I highly recommend arriving Friday evening and staying at a local hotel to split up your travel time. You won’t want to start your week feeling rushed or exhausted from travel so do take that into consideration. Ask me about discounts for staying at area hotels with airport shuttle included.

  • Plan to fly out of San Jose International anytime after 2pm on Friday, January 24.

  • Up-to-date travel information supplied to me by November 1st.

  • I do recommend travel insurance.

COST

  • Bamboo Room: Single Occupancy $1795

  • Gardenia Room: Double Occupancy $1495

  • Jungle Dorm (4 min / 6 max) $1415

All costs associated with travel (passport, airfare, flight changes, baggage, hotel if arriving early/staying longer), insurance, vaccinations, alcohol, spa services, taxes and gratuities, additional excursions, country departure fee must be paid by the retreat guest.
