Explore how emotions leave physical imprints in the body and learn techniques for regulating the nervous system. You'll learn basic orienting and grounding techniques to nurture self-awareness, release stored tension, and instill body awareness. The focus will be on grounding and releasing tension while staying connected to physical sensations and breath.
