Prana, in Sanskrit, translates to "life force" and is responsible for the proper functioning of all systems and organs in the body. The same energy can also be found in fresh, whole foods. Poor diet, poor elimination, allergens, and stress, cause prana to become stuck; one root cause of disease. Taking in seasonal, organic meals prepared with whole foods will naturally increase the flow of this vital life force.

Pranagourmet was born in 2001 as a lifestyle service for busy parents, working professionals, and individuals looking for optimal health. What began as a personal chef service has grown into a program designed to enhance overall well-being by embracing simple, clean eating, cleansing, and establishing dinacharya (daily routines) that nourish the whole self.

Menus are designed using simple, seasonal ingredients. Daily practices are offered based on your Prakriti and Vikriti. Diets (Ayurvedic, vegan, gluten-free, paleo, anti-candida, etc.) may be easily accommodated.
