This 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training will give you the foundation for teaching yoga safely, confidently, and knowledgeably. You’ll learn the basic principles of yoga and understand the essential elements needed to deepen your practice to be an authentic guide to others. Upon completion of the training, you’ll earn a 200-hour certificate and be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance

I’m excited to share that EMYOGA will partner with Delta Yoga Collective for the 2025 program. With so many inspiring and knowledgeable teachers in the Delta, to have this opportunity to learn from so many is a gift!

Training weekends will rotate between Clarksdale, Cleveland, and Helena, AR. Guest teacher workshops will be announced soon!
