Dear Friends,

2017 was a big one. Did you feel it, too? I hope that with all of the change that came this year, you were able to sort through and let go of that which does not serve you. 

It can be hard during the holidays to maintain routines that keep us grounded, focused, and feeling strong. Exercise, eating well, and getting good rest can fall by the wayside so it's important to do something, however small, each day to nourish body and mind through the season so we can be present and relaxed. Work from the notion of not being able to pour from an empty cup. Not sure what that looks like?

Get outside.

Stay warm and eat warm, nourishing foods.

Sleep.

Feel all the feelings...  (don't eat and drink your feelings)

Be grateful.

Say no.
