Carrot Halwa
1 cup grated Carrots
¼ toasted nuts (cashews, almonds)
¼ tsp cardamom
pinch grated ginger
small palmful raisins
¼ cup almond milk
Pepper
Warm almond milk to almost a boil and add cardamom. Pour over carrot and nuts and let sit for 10min. Season with ground pepper.
