New Year Renewal

Begin the new year with a practice that nourishes your mind, body, and spirit. This one-hour class weaves together pranayama, meditation, and asana to help release the past, ground yourself in the present, and set a meaningful intention for the year ahead.

This class is free, but registration is required. A Zoom link will be sent on the day of the event.
