Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga, means “knowledge of life” and works with the imbalances that show up as signs of disease. Tuning into the rhythms of nature allows us to shift our daily routines to reflect the changing seasons, and restore balance to body and mind.
Join Erin for an introduction to basic Ayurvedic principles as they relate to food, lifestyle, and the seasons. This 2-hour workshop includes a grounding and gentle yoga practice, as well as, discussion, handouts, and Ayurvedic recipes that compliment the Fall season.
