Late Winter brings an accumulation of sluggishness, colds, brain fog, attachment, and often, weight gain. This workshop is designed to invigorate and lighten things up during the transition into Spring.
The class blends Ayurvedic philosophy with elements of dance, yoga, martial arts, and classical conditioning. Expect organic movement combining strength, flexibility, cardio, and deep breathwork. This is low-impact experience that can be tailored to any level.
We’ll leave time for discussion and enjoy some Ayurvedic food and drink!
